    Spinach Strawberry Gorgonzola Cheese Salad


    1 bag of baby spinach
    1 carton strawberries sliced
    1 small red onion chopped
    2 cups of Gorgonzola Cheese
    Mix all ingredients add walnuts and dressing

    Dressing
    1 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette
    1 cup strawberry preserves.

    Mix together

    Candied Walnuts


    1 stick margarine
    1 cup brown sugar
    2cups walnuts

    Recipe



    Melt Margarine add brown sugar toss with walnuts and make 15 Min. Cool.
