Autumn Vinaigrette
3/4 cup Crisco Canola or vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. paprika, smoked or regular
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated sugarRecipe
Place all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake until combined.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Makes 1 cup
This vinaigrette in good for salads or drizzled over grilled vegetables, chicken, beef or pork.
It can also be used as a marinade for almost any meat.
