    Corned Beef Hoagie


    Corned Beef, flat cut,cooled sliced thin.
    14 1/2 oz can Sauerkraut, drained
    Chopped green onions
    2 Tablespoons butter
    Swiss Cheese
    Mayo mixed with horseradish or hot mustard
    Hoagie rolls

    Recipe







    Cook the corned beef according to package instructions, allow to cool
    slightly in the cooking liquid, then drain,cover and refrigerate
    several hours or overnight. Slice very thin.

    Melt the butter in a skillet, add the saukraut and green onions, saute
    until very warm.

    Split hoagie rolls, spray with Pam and toast under the broiler.
    Spread some mayo mixture on rolls both sides, layer the corned beef,
    and cheese, then the sauerkraut.
