    Hot Cornbread Sandwich from Tabby


    2 8-oz. pkgs. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    12 slices American cheese
    6 slices deli ham



    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In bowl, combine muffin mix, eggs and milk and mix well. Pour half of mixture into greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Carefully place 6 slices of cheese, then ham slices and remaining cheese slices on top of ham. Spoon remaining cornbread batter over top of cheese. Bake for 25 minures or until cornbread is gold brown. Cut into squares
