    Cajun Cream Sauce


    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 cup crawfish
    1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    1/2 red and green bell pepper
    1/2 cup white onions
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1tbsp blacken seasoning
    1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

    In a non-stick skillet add oil and bring to med high heat, then add garlic, onion, tomatoes, peppers, and crawfish, cook for 2 minutes, add heavy cream, blacken seasoning, and Creole' seasoning then cook till cream is to a boil, use the parmesan to thicken and pour over dish
