Lemon Lime Buerre Blanc
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup white wine
2 t chopped garlic
1 t creole seasoning
1 bunch chopped cilantro
2-3 sticks butter
Recipe
Heat skillet. Add garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, white wine and creole seasoning. Reduce liquid down until reduced by 2/3. Turn heat to very low and whisk butter a few cubes at a time, until sauce is smooth. Serve immediately.
