Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms -- trimmed and sliced
1 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoons soy sauce
3/4 cup half and half
House Seasoning (recipe follows)
Recipe
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the mushrooms, sprinkle in the
flour, and stir well. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes,
stirring as needed. Add the soy sauce, then slowly stir in the half
and half. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens. Season to taste
with House Seasoning. This sauce is delicious with steak
