Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Crabmeat Stuffing
24 26/25 Shrimp with tail on
12 Strips of Pre Cooked Bacon
Crab Meat Dressing
¼ Stick of Butter
1 Cup of Diced Celery
½ Cup Diced Onion
½ Cup Diced Bell Pepper
1 Pound Crab Meat
3 Cups of Bread Crumbs
2 Large Eggs
½ Tsp of Garlic
½ Tsp Thyme Leaf
1 Tlb Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tlb Mayonnaise
½ Tsp of Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Season
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Place Butter and All Vegetables in a Sautee Pan and Cook until All Vegetables are soft. Drain off Butter and place vegetables in a mixing bowl and cool.
Recipe
Add Eggs and Bread Crumbs and Seasoning.
Mix with spoon until eggs & bread are moist
Place Shrimp on cutting Board and Spread Mixture over shrimp.
Roll bacon around Shrimp and place on a cookie Sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until internal temp is 160 degrees
