Butterscotch-Coconut Candy
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 can flaked coconut
1 large bag butterscotch chips
1 block paraffin
1 cup pecan halvesRecipe
Mix sugar, milk, margarine and coconut together and form into small balls.
Place in the refrigerator for several hours. Remove and dip into melted butterscotch. Melt the chips in a double boiler with the paraffin. Dip the candy rapidly and top with pecan halves. Chocolate chips may be substituted for the butterscotch chips.
