    Peanut Butter Dream Candy from Penny


    14 oz Marshmallow Crème
    4 (11 oz each) bags Vanilla Baking Chips
    18 oz Peanut Butter
    1 Tbsp Vanilla
    1 1/3 Cubes Margarine or Butter
    1 (12 oz) Can Evaporated Milk
    3 Tbsp cream or milk
    4 1/2 Cups Sugar
    2 Cups Broken Nut Meats

    In large mixer bowl combine marshmallow crème, vanilla chips, peanut
    butter, and vanilla. Oil, butter, or spray a 12x15x1 jelly roll pan
    plus an 8x8 square pan (or any combination with equal capacity).


    Melt margarine in very large kettle. Add milk and cream and heat till
    hot. Add sugar and heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring
    constantly. Keep at full rolling boil for 4 minutes. Pour over chips
    mixture. Stir with spatula to remove trapped air, then blend carefully
    on lowest mixer speed, gradually increasing speed when mixture is
    stable enough to remain in the bowl. Blend till smooth. Stir in nuts.


    Spread in prepared pans. Chill. Cuts best if chilled 8 hours or
    more. Makes about 5 pounds
