Garden Soup
2 14 1/2-oz. Cans chicken broth
2 12-oz. Cans tomato juice
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
12 oz. Can whole kernel corn, drained
10 oz. Pkg. frozen lima beans, thawed
2 small potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
3/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a cast-iron Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf.
