    Stuffed Cabbage

    Stuffed cabbage is easy to make but boiling the cabbage to soften the
    leaves often results in leaves that are either too stiff or too wilted. A
    good solution is to freeze the head of cabbage after removing the core.
    After 3 or 4 hours or overnight, thaw cabbage and remove leaves one
    at a time and wash in warm water at sink. They are perfect for stuffing!
