    How should I serve my cheese?

    When serving natural ripened cheese, let it stand, covered, for about half
    an hour to an hour before serving. It tastes best at room temperature.

    ~Do not continually move cheese back and forth from the refrigerator
    because it takes away its moisture and hastens spoilage.

    ~If you have a piece of cheese too big to eat all at once, cut off only
    what you need, bring it to room temperature and leave the rest tightly
    wrapped in the fridge.
