When Storing Foods Made with Eggs

Be aware that foods with custard fillings, like cream puffs, eclairs and cakes, as well as custards and meringue pies, should be refrigerated. They should not be left out at room temperature. If you take them on a picnic, keep them in the cooler until you are ready to eat them.
