    List of Ingredients

    Making Buttermilk

    Recipe

To make one quart of buttermilk at a time from powdered
    milk.
Make up a quart as the directions on the box
    instruct.
Using a glass container with a lid that
will hold the liquid, place 1 cup of regular
buttermilk that is bought in the store in the
container, add the reconstituted powdered milk.
Mix well (it likes to get clumpy).
Set on the counter for 24-hours. Refrigerate. I make this all the time
and keep it going for a long time.
Sometimes, it goes off and I have to start a new one.
When the buttermilk is nearing a cup left in the container, I
just mix up another batch of powdered milk, add it
to the jar, shake well, let sit out on the counter
    for 24-hours, refrigerate.
