    Puncture the eyes with an ice pick and drain out
    fluid. Place the coconut in a shallow pan and bake 350F for 45 minutes to 1
    hour. Let cool. Then tap it with a hammer . The
    coconut should easily spring apart. Pry off the coconut meat with a knife.
