Rather than Freezing it for storage,
If you would rather can this sauce rather than freezing it, it can be water bath processed 35 minutes for pints 40 minutes for quarts. Also, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice per pint or 2 tablespoons per quart to bring up the acidity level.
