Pouring Pancake Batter
Recipe
Pancake batter should be spooned, ladled, or poured slowly and
steadily from a height of 2 to 3 inches onto the griddle. To get a
nice round pancake, hold the spoon, ladle, or pitcher steady so that
the batter falls in the same spot.
