Recipe
I use a splash of vinegar when preparing rice. 1c rice, 2c water, a
splash of vinegar. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer 20 minutes,
uncover and fluff with a fork. The vinegar cuts the starch and the
rice is not gummy. I usually add the rice to broth for a great
tasting soup, or to crushed pineapple.
