How to Roast a Bell pepper:
Recipe
· Hold a bell pepper (any color you would like) over an open flame – a gas stove works perfectly! Turn frequently until all surfaces are blackened/blistered. After the bell pepper cools, rub the blackened skin off and reserve the flesh. If you are having problems getting the skin to peel off, place the newly roasted pepper in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes and then peel skin off. · If you do not have a gas stovetop, quarter the bell pepper and cook under a broiler until skin blisters.
