Creme De Shrimp

2 cups Diced Celery
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 med. Diced Peppers
4 tbls. Butter
2 cups Diced Mushrooms
2 cups Heavy Cream
2cups Chopped Onions
½ cup Flour
1½cup Shredded Cheddar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbls. Parsley Flakes
1 lbs. Shrimp, P & D



Recipe



Sauté first 4 ingredients in butter until tender. Add flour and other dry seasonings, blending together. Gradually stir in milk and shredded cheese until thick, stirring constantly. Add shrimp, continue stirring until desired thickness.

Serve over bed of rice or pasta.
