Crispy Baked Fish Fillets
1 pound fish fillets
1 teaspoon herb seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 to 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fish fillets and cut into serving size. Season, dip in oil, and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting. This is unbelievable. You'll never fry again. Delicious. Yield 4 servings
