Crunchy Crab Balls
1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
20 saltines, crushed
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients ; shape into 12 balls
Roll very well into cracker crumbs; chill well
Fry into skillet with at least 1/2 oil or deep fry until golden brown
