Fresh Large Shrimp (26-30 size)
Toasted Garlic Cuban Bread
De Plantains
8 oz. fresh caught fish of the day, skin on (today: Trigger)
Lime butter

Directions:
Prepare rice and cream of crab sauce. Baste the trigger fish with lime butter and sprinkle with Caribbean herbs and spices, then pan sautee or grill the fish and shrimp to perfection. Lay trigger fish over a bed of paella rice then top with grilled shrimp and cream of crab sauce. Serve with garlic toasted Cuban bread and plantains.
