4 Fillets, cod, sole or flounder
1/4 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange fish on a lightly greased baking
sheet. Completely cover each fillet with 1 tbsp. of yogurt. Sprinkle
11/2 tsp. of Parmesan atop each fillet. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes,
until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with a green or orange vegetable,
green salad, and rice or potatoes.
