package (12 ounces) Whiting
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 tbsp margarine or butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Recipe
Heat oven to 425ºF. Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan
until tender. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until
bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except fillets. Place
fillets, with sides touching, in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x
1 1/2 inches; pour sauce over fillets. Bake uncovered until hot, 25 to 30
minutes.
