Grilled Fish Tacos w Mango & Avocado Salsa
For the mango-avocado salsa:
1 1/2 avocados
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups diced mango
1/3 cup diced red pepper
1/3 cup chopped scallions
For the fish:
1 Tbsp canola oil
3 fish fillets, such as sea bass, red snapper or salmon,
About 8 oz each
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
For the tacos:
1corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
3 plum tomatoes, diced
Lime wedges, for garnish
Recipe
For the mango-avocado salsa:
1. Remove and discard the pit and skin from the avocados and
