Grilled Shrimp and Crab Linguine Alfredo

1 T Olive oil
1/4 C Grape Tomatoes, Halved
1 T Garlic, minced
2 T Shallots, chopped
1/4 C White Wine
3/4 C Heavy Cream
6 oz cooked linguine
1 oz Crabmeat
6 Large Shrimp
Salt and Pepper
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Heat pan over medium high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, roll in oil, then place on grill. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. While shrimp are grilling, add tomatoes, garlic and shallots to pan. Cook for one minute, until garlic and shallots are fragrant. Add white wine to deglaze and cook until reduced by half. Add cream, crabmeat, pasta and salt and pepper. Reduce cream by half. Taste for seasoning and stir in parmesan cheese. Serve shrimp on top of pasta, garnishing with more parmesan cheese and basil, if desired.
