    Baked Fish

    1 pound fish fillets
    2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or mayonnaise of choice
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
    Paprika

    Recipe



    Rinse fish and pat dry. In a small dish combine remaining ingredients except paprika, mixing well. Lay fish in an oblong baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fillets. Marinate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
