    Heart-Healthy Salmon Loaf
    Total preparation time: 15 minutes
    Serves: 4

    1 can Salmon
    1 Carrot, shredded
    1 Medium Onion, shredded
    1/3 cup Fat-free Sour Cream
    1/3 cup Lemon Juice

    Recipe



    Drain salmon and put into medium bowl - bones too.
    Shred 1 medium-sized carrot and one medion onion. Add to salmon and mix thoroughly.
    Put into loaf pan. Pour lemon juice over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. to an hour. Cut into 4 servings and serve.
