    1 package Whiting, 12 ounces
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1 jar (8 oz.) sweet-and-sour sauce

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400ºF. Place frozen fish fillets in shallow baking pan.
    Brush tops of fish fillets with soy sauce. Note that some sauce may drip.
    Sprinkle fillets with ginger and garlic powder. Serve with sweet-and-sour
    sauce. Makes 3 servings (6 fish fillets).

    This basic recipe works with ANY type of fish fillet. If your fillets are
    thinner than 3/4-inch, reduce the cooking time slightly. If they are thicker,
    increase the cooking time.
