Pan-Seared Tilapia

1 - 5 to 7oz Tilapia Filet
Salt, pepper, and seasoning (to taste)
2oz of butter
Parsley
Lemon
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season both sides of Tilapia with seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
Chop parsley and place in the bottom of skillet in melted butter and cook the Tilapia in the hot butter about 4 minutes per side, or until done.
Squeeze fresh lemon over top of cooked Tilapia and serve.
