Panee Tuna with Pineapple & Tomato Salsa Recipe

8 oz. Tuna Steak
2 cups bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Salsa:
4 cups fresh diced tomatoes
2 cups fresh diced pineapple
1 whole jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic chopped finely
1/8 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Place butter in skillet and melt over low heat. Place bread crumbs on a plate anf roll tuna on all sides. Sautee tuna in skillet until it is medium (about 3 min. on each side) To prepare salsa: Mix all ingredients ina mixing bowl and toss. Serve tuna with fresh salsa.
