Rock Shrimp Vinaigrette:

Ingredients:
1/4C Creole Mustard
2T Roasted Garlic
2T Smoked Tomato Sauce (May sub 2 T ketchup with a couple drops of liquid smoke)
1T Honey
1T Sherry Vinegar
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 C English Peas
1/4 C Rock Shrimp
Procedure:
In a blender or mixing bowl combine the mustard, garlic, smoked tomato sauce, honey, and vinegar. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Heat a saute pan add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add rock shrimp, and season with salt & pepper. Add english peas. Toss with shrimp. Add vinaigrette and heat. Pour on top of steak and serve.
