1+ Ahi tuna Grade 8oz Steak
    2oz Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/2 Sweet Onion
    1/2 Daikon Root
    1 cup of water
    1 tps. Ginger Juice
    1 tps Truffle Oil
    1/2 Diced Onion
    1/2 English Cucumber
    1 Hass Avocado
    1 tps. Hawiian Sea Salt
    1 tps. Furikake Fume Spice
    1 tps. Siracha Hot Sauce
    1/2 tps. Red Tobikko Caviar
    1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
    1/4 Cup of Ketchup
    1 Tbs of Wasabi Paste
    Pickled Pink Ginger

Buy only tuna that is fresh, sushi grade 2+ and above, small diced the tuna, onions, and seedless cucumbers. For the tuna marinate peel your sweet onion, daikon root and ginger, put them together in a blender with water until smooth, strain and only use the juice of the vegetables. Add the low sodium soy sauce and the juice together and whisk until they blend together. For the Wasabi Aioli, put in a food processor and blend the mayo, ketchup and wasabi paste together until smooth no lumps please, add S+ P for taste. Now that everything is ready in a cold mixing bowl add your tuna, marinate, truffle oil, onion, cucumbers, Asian spices and caviar. Your martini glass should be cold, on the bottom of the glass add the Wasabi Aioli. Cut your avocado in quarters and peel the skin off, sliced in thin segments. Now you are ready to place your tuna inside the glass. Only do half of the tuna first. Fan out your avocado and place on the side of the glass, add the rest of the tuna until glass is almost full. Place your Pickled Ginger on top as garnish. Sprinkle with a touch of 7 Chinese spice and you are ready to taste your Sashimi Ahi Tuna Martini.
