    Description
    This is a very good fish dinner.

    Ingredients
    1/2 cup flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pounds of (Halibut, Haddock or Salmon steaks)
    1 medium onion sliced
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) sour cream
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

    Directions
    In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper, then add fish and shake to coat. In a skillet, sauté onions in butter until tender; remove and set aside. Add fish to the skillet and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish and put onto a serving plate and keep warm. Add sour cream, basil and onion to the skillet and heat through (DO NOT BOIL) and serve over fish. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
