14 large shrimp
4 oz Andouille 1/8 inch sliced on bias
1 tsp salt
1 tbls pepper
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c leeks cut on bias
1/2 c red wine
1/2 c chicken stock
1 28oz can of roma tomatoes, save the juice, quarter them
1 c tomato juice from can
10 fresh basil leaves sliced
2 tbls light brown sugar
2 tbls red pepper flakes
2 tbls roasted garlic
2 tbls chopped italian parsley
1/2 pack Bucatini pasta
1 cup Pecorino Romano shaved
