Shrimp & Crawfish Cakes over Orzo with Remoulade Sauce
1/2 lb shrimp (from Shrimp on Wheels)
1/2 lb crawfish tails (from Bon Secour Fisheries)
2 slices bread, no crust
2 TBSP mayonnaise
2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 TBSP fresh parsley
1 Tsp creole mustard
1 egg
Orzo (from Pappardelle's Pasta Co.)
Mix together, form into cakes or balls, pan fry
