Shrimps with Mussels and Cream
1 bag (300 gr) shrimps (precooked, frozen)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 cans of mushrooms (drain solids)
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 dash red pepper
1 cup cooking cream (optional)
Recipe
Defrost shrimps. Heat olive oil in the wok.
Slice onion and garlic, and drain mushrooms.
Add onion in the wok; after a few minutes, add shrimps and stir-fry. Then add mushrooms
and garlic, mix well and add Tamari soy sauce; allow to cook for a few minutes.
Turn down the heat, add red pepper and cooking cream, mix, and serve.
*serving suggestion: it can be served with pasta, salad.
