Spicy Tuna Tartare
For the Tuna Tartare
You will need:
Diced tuna ( #1 Big eye Tuna Loin )
Tobiko ( flying fish roe, available at any Asian market, or try Trader Joes )
Spicy mayonnaise ( we use egg, soybean oil, touch of sesame oil, and siracha ( Thai chili
sauce ))
Salt to taste

Sushi Rice
½ sheet Nori “ roasted seaweed”
roasted sesame seeds
1 – thinly sliced avocado
sweet soy

Mix in a bowl and spoon on Koge Rice Cake. Good luck.

Sushi Rice
Put sushi rice on both sides of seaweed and sprinkle sesame seeds. Sauté in medium size Teflon pan with canola or soybean oil. Make sure oil is med.-to hot before placing in pan. Slowly lower in pan and crisp one side then turn over and flip over crisp other side. Place on to paper towel to absorb oil. Cut into 14 pc
