Tuna Tosdadas

Ingredients needed:
eggroll skins 8 chips
tuna 1 fillet
spicy mayo: ½ cup mayo
1 tbsp siracha
1 tbsp japanese 7 spice
cilantro
green onions
tobiko (flying fish eggs)
avocado
radish sprouts
wasabi mayo
sesame seeds
Prepare your tuna tartar; cube your tuna fillet into small cubes. Combine in large mixing bowl, 1 tbs 7 spice 2 tbs of siracha 1 tbs of sesame oil and mix.
Pan fry eggroll skins until crispy golden brown. Add 1 heaping tbs of tuna onto chip and distribute evenly. Garnish with cilantro, green onions and avocado. Decorate with wasabi mayo radish sprouts and tobiko. Lightly sprinkle with sesame seeds. And wolf them down.
