Broccoli with Rice

Broccoli with Rice
1 cup rice
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream chicken soup
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 jar (4 ounces) pimento cheese spread
Recipe
Cook rice according to package directions. Cook celery and onion in margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and broccoli. Set aside 4 tablespoons sauce. Add rice to remaining sauce. Pour into shallow, greased baking dish. Cook broccoli slightly underdone, drain; arrange on rice mixture and spread with reserved sauce. Bake in 350 degree gas oven 35 to 40 minutes.
