    2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
    2 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain spinach. Place in bottom of lightly
    greased casserole dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Beat cream
    cheese and butter until fluffy. Stir in milk. Spread over spinach. Sprinkle
    top with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10
    minutes longer.
