Corn Custard
Serves 4
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten well
1 ( 16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 ( 5.3 oz.) can Evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
Mix together sugar and flour
Stir in beaten eggs into the flour mixture
Add corn and evaporated milk, mixing well
Pour into a greased ovenproof dish
Dot with butter or margarine
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean
