Fried Tomatoes with Mushroom Sauce
6 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 fresh medium red tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspooon reduced-calorie margarine
1 10-3/4 ounce can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried basil
Recipe
In saucer, combine flour and lemon pepper. Dip tomato slices in flour mixture. Melt margarine in large skillet. Place tomato slices in skillet. Cook tomatoes over low heat until lightly browned on both sides. Remove to heated platter. Stir mushroom soup and basil into skillet. Heat, pour sauce evenly over tomatoes, and serve..
