Garlic Cauliflower

1 large cauliflower, separated into florets
6 T olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 T paprika
1 T red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Serves 6-8
Recipe
Steam the cauliflower or boil in enough salted water to cover until tender,
about 15 minutes. Drain and place in serving bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet and sauté the garlic over medium heat
for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring
to
mix well. Pour over the cauliflower, mix and serve immediately.
