    Marinated Cucumbers

    2 lbs cucumbers, sliced thinly (with or without skin-your choice)
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 Ccupwhite vinegar
    1 1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 cup honey

    Recipe



    Boil all ingredients, pour over cucumbers, cool.
    Option: sprinkle with parsley
