Mixed veggies Stir Fry

4 oz. Chicken breast
1 tsp. Garlic, 1 oz. cooking wine
½ tsp. sesame oil
1 oz. oyster sauce, ½ tsp. salt
2 oz. chicken broth
4 oz. cornstarch
3 oz. broccoli
4 oz. Napa cabbage
4 oz. bok Choy
½ carrot, sliced, 1 oz. mushroom
10 snow peas
steamed rice
Stir fry the chicken breast with garlic and oil then add all of the vegetables stir-fry the entire mixture. Mix corn starch with water and stir. once the chicken and vegetables are ready pour the cornstarch mixture over the put the chicken stir-fry over steamed rice.
