2 10 oz. pkgs. of frozen baby carrots or sliced carrots
5 T stiffened butter
3 T guldens brown mustard
1/2 c dark Karo syrup
Recipe
Microwave carrots by package directions. Make a sauce blending 5 T. softened margarine with 3 T. gulden's mustard. Slowly add 1/2 c. Dark Karo syrup. Microwave sauce for about 90 sec.. Pour over carrots and mix to coat them. Return to microwave and cook an
additional 5 min. Serves 5 - 6.
