6 large potatoes
2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 medium onion (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick oleo or butter



Recipe



Slice or cube potatoes; boil just until tender. Melt cheese in 1/2 stick butter or oleo and blend in sour cream, onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir potatoes in lightly. Put in large casserole and dot with remainder of butter. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
